Juan Felipe Arjona
Founder
Juan Felipe Arjona has been programming since he was 12. A civil engineer from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, he started out managing industrial construction in Colombia, then moved into software, leading web development teams in Boston for clients in banking, supply chain and retail.
He then spent seventeen years with Technip Group (FTI/TE.PA) in Houston and Paris, leading teams worldwide on cybersecurity, software development and the consolidation of various merged companies. He also led mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures for the offshore business, built the group's offshore engineering capabilities in Colombia, and created its global cloud data platform for AI and analytics.
As COO of Noven, he rebuilt an IoT and SaaS company for the oil and gas industry, with cybersecurity designed in from the cloud to the field sensors. He co-founded Doblones, a hedge fund that trades US equities with machine-learning models. Today he is Chief Information Officer of Enerkem.
He holds an MBA from HEC Paris, works in English, French and Spanish, and has led global teams across the United States, Europe, India and Latin America.
